Karawara Clinic - peaceNtranquillity is situated inside the premise of Park Medical Group Waterford. When you arrive, please go into the Park Medical Group clinic and take a seat, and then send an SMS to Cheong (0477228807) stating that you have arrived. Cheong will come out to bring you in.
Alfred Cove Clinic - When you arrive, please right the Unit 15 door bell, then take a seat by the lift. If you arrive very early, you might want to visit the beautiful Perth Swan River foreshore that is a 6 minute walk north from peaceNtranquillity. Below are two photos of locations that you will pass by on your way to view the Perth Swan River.
From peaceNtranquillity, walk north and cross Canning Highway at the lights to reach a park. This takes 3 minutes.
From the park, continue north east for another 3 minutes along a footpath to reach the Tompkins Park that runs along the Perth Swan River. You can see the Perth city from here.
Session Fees and Rebates
Claiming from Medicare
Out-of-pocket fee is $51.75. You pay the full fee of $197 at each 50min session, and Medicare will pay you back $145.25 within 1 to 2 business days. Please provide an unused (or partially used) psychology referral letter from your GP to be eligible for claiming medicare rebates.
Claiming from Private Health Insurance
You pay $197 at each 50min session and you will be provided an invoice after each session for you to claim from your health insurance. The amount you can claim depends on your insurance policy. Some policies allow you to claim couples counselling sessions.
NDIS (Plan Managed)
If you are plan-managed, peaceNtranquillity will claim the cost of the session directly from your NDIS plan manager for you. Session fees are charged in accordance with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for psychological services in Western Australia.
3rd Party Payers
Fees for services covered by third-party funding bodies—such as WorkCover WA, Motor Vehicle Injury Insurance, and other government schemes—are aligned with their maximum allowable rate for funded services.
Privately Funded
If you are not claiming rebates, your out-of-pocket fee is $197 per 50min session. Concession rates available on request.
Report Writing
Report writing is billed at the same rate as your full session fee and in 15 minute increments. Medicare does not rebate report writing.
